1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Evvendory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Use of the Platform
Evvendory is a directory platform that connects customers with event service providers. We do not provide event services ourselves. We are not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors. Any contract for services is solely between the customer and the vendor.
3. Vendor Listings
Vendors who apply to join Evvendory represent that all information they provide is accurate and complete. Vendors are responsible for keeping their profiles up to date. Evvendory reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate information at any time without notice.
4. Vendor Subscriptions
For newly approved qualifying business accounts, Evvendory offers a one-time 30-day free trial beginning when the listing is published. A payment card is not required for the trial and no charge occurs automatically at trial end. Unless the vendor voluntarily subscribes, the public listing is paused when the trial expires. The current new-vendor subscription is $24.99/month for one business listing. Paid Stripe subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, subject to the billing terms disclosed at checkout. Legacy accounts may have different prices or terms. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights are preserved.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Evvendory to post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, violate any applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or use the platform for any purpose other than its intended use as an event vendor directory.
6. Intellectual Property
The Evvendory name, logo, and all content on this platform are the property of Evvendory and may not be used without our written permission. Vendors retain ownership of the content they submit to their profiles.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Evvendory is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings, the quality of vendor services, or that the platform will be available at all times. We are not responsible for any disputes between customers and vendors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evvendory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
